Sri Lanka imported
gantry cranes from China in 2021 worth $1.331 million, which was $1.126 million compared with 2020, an increase of 18.2%. In terms of import quantity, 24 sets of gantry cranes were imported in 2021, with an average import unit price of 55400 US dollars. In 2020, 16 sets of gantry cranes were imported, with an average import unit price of 70000 US dollars. The growth of Sri Lanka’s gantry crane market is good news for Chinese crane suppliers.
