Lately I've been either depressed or just burned out at work. Is there any way to solve this problem? Or should I only go to a psychologist?

This condition is a consequence of the fact that you are constantly working to exhaustion and do not know how to rest. Therefore, first of all it is rest and change of activity at least partially. I mean hobbies, walks, socializing. As for the question of burned out at work, I think it makes sense to go to https://www.voiset.io/blog/what-is-professional-burnout. I think there you will find recommendations on how to get out of this state.
