UK customers will see a significant reduction in delivery times compared to the previous system, which required orders to placed with Konecranes’ French or Finnish production facilities before importing the products to the UK.
Under and over-braced models of
jib crane featuring I-beams and unique hollow profiles respectively will be available from the factory up to a 2t standard lifting capacity.
Konecranes stated that its industrial crane division is also capable of producing bespoke jib crane designs above this capacity.
The firm said: “Konecranes wall and column jib range delivers a very flexible and quickly realized solution for work cells, warehouses and production lines.”
Konecranes UK’s East Kilbride facility is currently taking orders.
