In April of this year, the customer contacted us through the website. In the first email, the customer stated that he was from Pakistan and wanted to customize a
20 ton overhead crane and four <a href="
https://www.craneyt.com/5-ton-overhead-crane.html">5 ton overhead cranes</a>, and listed what they need Span, lifting height. The customer also expressed the need for a European-style crane. According to this email, we provided the customer with a quotation and drawings

According to the two workshop drawings, our technical department confirmed the detailed span and lifting height, then give the final designs of European standard overhead crane drawings, then we send the exact quotation to Haiti customer accordingly. Now these five cranes are under fabrication, during which our sales manager will take the photos for each step and send to Haiti customer, also supervise the painting, package and shipment to ensure everything goes well. Besides, HENAN YUANTAI CRANE MACHINERY IMPORT&EXPORT CO., LTD will send the test certificate and related installation, maintenance, commission manual together with the finished cranes.
