Application of explosive proof hoist

The hook of explosive proof hoist is made of high quality carbon steel, supported in the hook bean through a single scroll thrust bearing, free oscillation.
The hook head is made of stainless steel where hook end of explosion proof uses card board type structure and the explosion proof degree is DIIT4.
Hook for 5 ton and below loads is single slippery wheel whereas hook for 10 ton or heavier loads is double side wheel.
Protection devices
Electric equipment is enclosed with explosion proof type electric control box, explosion proof control board and explosion proof limiting stopper.

Explosion proof electric hoist is mainly divided into three degree of protection ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅡC , temperature groups for T1-T4 which apply for the workplace with flammable gas or explosive gas, steam and air mixture.
Explosion proof electric hoist can be divided into Grade B and Grade C. Explosion proof hoist is generally applicable in zone 1 and zone 2. The applicable temperature mainly from T1-T6, if it is approaching lever T6, that means that it arrives the highest temperature limit. For example, DIICT4 stands for: D is for flameproof type, II is for class II explosion which represents factory explosion proof, C is for C-level explosion proof area which represents the most dangerous areas, T4 is for temperature class. Class
Class I - Locations: Are those in which flammable gases or vapors are or may be present in the air in quantities sufficient to produce explosive or ignitable mixtures.

Class II - Locations: Are those in which are hazardous due to the presence of combustible dust.

Class III - Locations: Are those which are hazardous due to the presence of easily ignitable fibers or flyings, but in which such fibers or flyings are not likely to be in suspension in the air in quantities to produce ignitable mixtures.

Division
Division I - Locations in which hazardous concentrations in the air exist continuously, intermittently, or periodically under normal operating conditions.
