We're hoping for EA to help affected gamers by redistributing Ones to Watch pre-order packs that were in error in the first place and offering the chance to receive an OTW card.EA is likely to allow affected customers to keep the Gold items they purchased in the Ones to Watch pre-order packs.

You might as consider opening you Ones to Watch pack now and hope that you find the perfect bade Gold item, safe in the knowledge that EA will offer you the opportunity to get a no-cost OTW player pack in the event that the pack is not working properly.
