This is the 2021 overhead crane order from Pakistan. The customer purchased 4 sets of QN 15-ton overhead cranes and 3 sets of QE 20+20-ton overhead cranes from our
crane factory. This order is a large order. We placed the order at the factory on 6.4 and completed the production by the end of August. It took 2 months and it was shipped to Pakistan by sea on November 4. These cranes will be used in a steel mill in Pakistan. Brief introduction of QN type overhead crane with grab bucket and hook
QN double-purpose bridge crane refers to the double-girder bridge crane that can use the lifting hook as the hoisting tool, and can also use the grab crane as the hoisting tool. Lifting weight 5-16t; span 10.5m-50m; working class A6-A8; widely used in hoisting and transportation, metallurgical industry, electric power engineering, port logistics and other fields, especially suitable for the working conditions of casting industry feeding work.
Rails are laid on the main girder for the lifting trolley to move laterally along the direction of the main girder. The main girder is welded with the box-shaped end girder, and there are joints in the middle of the end girder, which are connected by bolts or pins, for the bridge frame to be disassembled and transported.
There are three modes of operation: ground handle, wireless remote control and driver’s cab. There are two types of cabs: open and closed, with adjustable seats inside, insulating pads on the floor, and tempered glass for the windows. Heating and heating air conditioners, sounders, intercoms and other items can be configured according to user requirements.
The crane can be equipped with pick-up devices such as motor grabs and electromagnetic suckers to meet the needs of lifting various types of materials.
