What do you usually do in this situation? Normally, I go out with my boyfriend and his friends. We're having a nice cocktail and a delicious dinner together. Because we are no longer together, I want to do something new this year. I'd want to spend some time alone thinking about the present. There are three major concerns:
1. What did I accomplish this year?
2. What exactly am I now?
3. Future plans for the next year
I'm aware that I have a habit of writing a future plan with nothing completed. This year will be unique.

Why not come to church on a sunny day? Also, set aside time on weekends for meditation and yoga. That's a great way to start the day.
